Eligibility Criteria (Educational Qualification & Experience)

✔ Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications

Educational Qualification:
- Law Degree from a recognized University
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in:
  - Handling court cases
  - Legal matters
  - Trade Marks / Geographical Indications related work
Desirable Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property

✔ Deputy Director (Examination Reforms)

Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D in Humanities / Science / Commerce / Engineering / Law / Management / Finance / Accounts
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in:

  - Curriculum development
  - Examination reforms
  - Online examination systems
Desirable:
- Diploma in Computer Applications
- Experience in software applications
