Eligibility Criteria (Educational Qualification & Experience)

✔ Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications

• Educational Qualification:

  • Law Degree from a recognized University

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in:

    • Handling court cases

    • Legal matters

    • Trade Marks / Geographical Indications related work

• Desirable Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property
